Abstract: With the development of the integration of European bond market, its secondary market also have make great progress, and the most important aspect is the improvement of liquidity。But, we must be aware of there are also some problems in the secondary market, for example, the imbalance between the development of government bond secondary market and corporate bond secondary market, and if we can solve those suitably, the further development of European bond market will be accelerated mostly.
