Abstract:After the common market has been established, the capital flows in CEE countries began to increase dramatically because of the advantages of geopolitics and similar culture. When these countries become the members of EU, the integration arrangement improve the economic systems, structure and law in these countries. All of these accelerate the capital flow into new member countries and benefit more and more the CEE countries. This paper analyzes the characteristics, the benefits of the capital flow into the new member states of EU and the issues existing in the capital flow.
